***NOTICE OF CAUCUS - TOWN OF MILFORD***

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a caucus will be held in the Town of Milford on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Milford Town Hall.  The caucus will be held for the purpose of seeking nominations for the following offices in the Town of Milford:  Town Board Chairperson, two Town Board Supervisors, Town Clerk and Town Treasurer.  Said nominations will appear on the spring election ballot and the terms of each office will be for a period of two years.

 

***ANNUAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS***

Due to the current pandemic that we are experiencing, all tax payments are to be mailed by USPS this year.  There will be no available times like there have been in the past to pay in person with the Treasurer at the Town Hall.  Please mail to Kathy Redmer, Treasurer @ W6330 County Road A, Johnson Creek, WI  53038. 

 

***COVID-19 MEMO***

The Town Board is limiting any/all discussions and decisions to only the listed agenda items to any meetings during the safer at home order that is in effect.  The Town Board has determined these items as essential critical business matters.  It will be expected that ALL attendees will abide by all safer at home and social distancing orders and keep 6’ distance from one another.  To keep the meeting within the limits of social distancing and the safer at home order, we may need to move the meeting into the Town of Milford shop building located at the same address as the Town Hall.  If this action is needed, there will be very limited seating and the requirement to stand at social distancing measures will need to be adhered to by all attendees.  Please accept our apologies for any delays in action to items of discussion that are not mission critical business matters for the township.  We will be sure to address them as the safer from home orders are lifted and we can get back to normal course of business.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  We hope all of you stay safe and healthy during this time, and please follow safer at home measures and guidelines within our community.
